We want you to love your Trinfinity experience. If something isn't right, we’re here to help.

Returns:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To start a return, contact us at trinfinitystore@gmail.com.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards

• Personal care items (opened or used)

• Sale or final sale items

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
